Message Its kinda like when they total a car that is worth $4000 because it costs more than $2000 to fix it..The law of Diminshing returns comes to mind.. If the car is worth $3000 and the inj upgrade is going to cost over a $1000, just alot of $$$ for a NA when 1 inj for $100 is defective..
I have an NA also, so believe me, I get the whole reliability/pm issue like I stated before. I just dont think I would put a $1000 into mine when it is only worth a couple g's so I can replace an injector down the road IF it goes bad. I know the ethanol issue is causing problems and believe me, I have gone through a couple 555's myself. Im just saying do the dremel method/ecu voltage cutout and replace inj. when necessary. Obviously the replace all 6, spend 1-2 k, is the best thing to do, but for a car that's worth is dwindling in price every day, I dont find it cost effective..My.02..
